Episode 10: Dating While Healing
Dating on a healing journey is anything but straightforward. Cam opens up about being content on her own but learning how to let someone in, while Francesca reflects on marriage through the lens of growth. Expect honesty, laughter, and a reminder that healing in love is messy—but worth it.

Episode 9: Manifestation Beyond Positive Thinking
We’ve all been there — journaling, vision boarding, repeating affirmations… and nothing happens. 🙃 In this episode, we spill the tea on why manifestation isn’t about forcing the universe, it’s about what your body is actually ready to hold. We’ll chat nervous system hot takes, share our own manifestation fails (and wins), and give you simple somatic practices to make your desires feel real in your body.

Episode 8: Boundaries — With Ourselves & With Others
Boundaries aren’t just about saying no to other people — they’re also about the quiet agreements we keep (or break) with ourselves. In this episode, we explore the spectrum of boundaries, from honoring rest and self-care to navigating relationships, work, and family, and how our bodies let us know when those lines are crossed.

Episode 7: The Thin Veil
In this episode of Somatic Sisters, we explore the “thin veil” between the physical and the spiritual — those moments where we feel ourselves crossing into something beyond. From Francesca’s ayahuasca journey to Cami’s breathwork and cacao ceremonies, we share personal stories, insights, and integration practices that show how the body becomes the bridge into mystical states.

Episode 6: Why We Get Stuck in Patterns
Ever notice you keep ending up in the same situation — whether it’s dating someone emotionally unavailable, burning out after doing too much, or feeling like money never sticks no matter how hard you work? In this episode, we unpack why we repeat the cycles we swore we’d never go back to.
We get real about the nervous system’s pull toward what’s familiar (even if it’s not safe), the inner child’s hope that “maybe this time it’ll be different,” and the bigger spiritual lessons behind repetition. You’ll hear our own stories of pattern realizations and how we finally started to choose differently.
We’ll also share tangible ways to break free — from somatic interruptions and nervous system tools to reparenting practices that help you rewrite the script.
If you’ve been asking yourself, “Why is this happening again?” — this one’s for you.

Episode 5: Why Healing Is So Lonely Sometimes
This week we’re talking about the part of healing no one warns you about: the loneliness.
Francesca opens up about learning how to be with herself after a major lifestyle shift, when all she really wanted was to feel seen — not fixed. Cam shares about the season after the flood: losing her cat, moving back home, feeling sick again, and watching friends step into milestones that felt so far away.
We get into:
Why healing can make you feel out of place in old circles
What it looks like when you’re in the “lonely phase” (and why that’s a good sign)
How your body + nervous system are actually shifting underneath it all
Ways to move through the quiet without spiraling
Sometimes healing means becoming unrecognizable to the people who knew your old self. That doesn’t mean you’re broken — it means you’re becoming you.

Episode 4: Spiritual Starter Pack: What We’d Give Our Past Selves
Starting your spiritual journey doesn’t have to be overwhelming or expensive. In this episode, we share the tools, practices, and mindset shifts that actually made a difference when we were just beginning.
✨ What’s inside the “starter pack”:
Free foundations like journaling, grounding, and simple breathwork
Crystals, oracle cards, and rituals for energy clearing
Somatic healing practices like Spinal Energetics + intuitive movement
Book recs
When you’re just beginning your spiritual path, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed — like you need to buy every tool in the metaphysical shop or spend thousands of dollars to “do it right.” The truth? The most powerful practices are often the simplest and most accessible.
In this episode of Somatic Sisters, we’re unpacking the tools, practices, and mindset shifts that opened the portal for us — the messy, real beginnings of our journeys — and what we wish we could’ve handed our past selves. Think of it as a spiritual starter pack, curated with love and honesty.
✨ Inside the “starter pack,” we explore:
The free foundations: journaling, grounding, and accessible online meditations.
The witchy healing tools: crystals, oracle cards, and rituals for energetic clearing.
The somatic must-haves: Spinal Energetics, breathwork, and intuitive movement.
Our favorite books that gave language to the path.
We’ll also share a few things you don’t need when you’re starting out (spoiler: save your money on that $500 gadget you’ll never use).
🔮 To close, we pull an oracle card and reflect on what it would’ve meant to us in our beginner days — and invite you to do the same.
🧠 Journal/Integration Prompt: If you could go back and gift your past self one spiritual tool or truth, what would it be?
Share your “starter pack” with us on IG and tag @somaticsisterspod — we’d love to see what’s inside your box.
Episode 3: The Frequency of Francesca
I used to think the only way to cope was to check out — through alcohol, pushing my body past its limits, and pretending I was fine after major spinal surgery. But underneath it all, I was disconnected, depressed, and desperate to feel something real.
Movement cracked me open. Cycle classes led me to personal training and Pilates… but it was therapy and shadow work that forced me to stop running and finally face myself. That’s when embodiment stopped being a buzzword and became my lifeline.
In this episode, I share the messy, honest path of how I went from survival mode to actually feeling alive — and why reclaiming my body and voice is what made me the somatic sister I am today.
This is Francesca’s story of moving from spinal fusion surgery, depression, and numbing with alcohol… to reclaiming her body, her spirit, and her voice.
She started in the fitness world teaching cycle, which eventually opened the door to personal training, Pilates, and the deeper work of embodiment. But the real game-changers were therapy and shadow work — the tools that pulled her out of survival mode and showed her how to actually live inside her body.
Francesca’s been through some deep stuff, but every step led her here — to living, breathing, and teaching from a place of truth, wholeness, and the somatic sister she is today.
Episode 2: All About Carnivore Cam
This week, Cameryn shares how her healing journey actually began long before she ever called it that. From childhood sensory issues to teenage heart palpitations, she walks us through how yoga became her lifeline for anxiety—and how she thought that was going to be enough.
After college, she landed the “dream” setup: managing a yoga studio, living with her boyfriend and their cat, driving a new car with a 401k. Then came 2020—gut issues, mold, a breakup, a full wellness glow-up. She healed… until 2023 hit like a truck.
Cue: her apartment flooding, the loss of her cat, a crash into burnout, and chronic symptoms coming back worse than ever. This time, nothing was working—except turning inward. That’s when she found somatic healing, and everything changed.
If you’ve ever felt like you already healed and then somehow found yourself back at square one… this one’s for you.
