Hi! I’m Cameryn.
Yoga teacher, Spinal Energetics + Breathwork facilitator, co-host of Somatic Sisters, and a recovering “fix myself” girlie who’s pretty much tried it all.
We’re talking: colon hydrotherapy, elimination diets, gut protocols, intuitive readings, shamanism, somatic therapy, 47 supplements at once… you name it, I’ve probably journaled about it.
But after years of chasing wellness like a full-time job, I realized healing doesn’t come from fixing—it comes from listening. Slowing down. Getting into my body and actually feeling what I’d spent years trying to manage, avoid, or biohack away.
Now I help other people do the same.
Through my business, Tender Love & Care, and this podcast, I share the tools and perspectives that have helped me come home to myself—nervous system regulation, breathwork, body-based healing, and honest conversations about what it’s really like to be in the thick of it.
If you’re somewhere between “just trying to feel better” and “is this my intuition or indigestion?”—you’re in the right place. I’ve been there, I get it, and I promise you’re not alone.
Hi, I’m Francesca
Personal trainer, Pilates fairy, self-proclaimed green witch, and co-host of Somatic Sisters. I like to lift weights and spirits. I talk to plants. I believe in sweating it out and saging it out. Balance, baby.
My healing journey hasn’t been linear — it’s been a mix of protein shakes, plant medicine, gut protocols, and full-moon journaling sessions where I cry, laugh, and maybe pull an oracle card or two. I’ve traded hustle culture for nervous system regulation - through movement that feels like medicine and rituals that bring you home to your body. I started to listen. To my body. To the Earth. To my intuition.
That led me to a holistic path that blends functional movement, plant medicine, whole food nutrition, somatic healing, and yes — a sprinkle of plant magick and ritual. I’ve learned how to sync my lifestyle with nature’s rhythms, how to move with intention instead of punishment, and how to nourish not just for aesthetics, but for vitality, energy, and spiritual connection.
Now, I help women do the same — not through perfection, but through presence. Through strength and softness. Through showing up for themselves in both the gym and the garden.
If you’re into working out and spell jars, you’re in the right place. Welcome home.
